Indian Pluralism Foundation and International Interfaith Service Initiative(IISI) held an Interfaith event on 26th February 2022 at C.N.I. Wesleyan Church, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, to celebrate World Interfaith Harmony Week. Respected and renowned religious representatives came together to share and learn from each other. IISI Youth Leaders performed a theatrical street play to enlighten religious representatives about the challenges faced by common Indians at Grassroots Level and how religious representatives can come together regularly to combat malnutrition, shelter, women's rights issues, clean water, sanitation & education Insecurity and support each other regularly. The skit performance by youth resonated a wonderful and an eye opening message to all the religious leaders and motivated all the Houses of worship to come together . Proceeding further An insightful & deep question answer session was held between the religious representatives and the youth leaders. The primary objective of this Interfaith Dialogue on the Occasion of WIHW was to bring forward all the red bloods together in harmony and open hearts, open minds & open path for wider vision on how to bring harmony in all who witnessed. It was a day filled with learning and teaching. Interfaith language expresses our common humanity, promotes civility & builds relationships of mutual respect & trust as well as pursue peace & upholds the plurality of religious traditions.
