Undergraduate students from Nazareth College, in Rochester, NY, observed noon prayer at the Islamic Center of Rochester on February 1, 2019, to start off the celebration of UN World Harmony Week. To many students, this was their first time observing Islamic worship and being inside a mosque. After prayer, the Imam gave the students a tour around the mosque and then talked to them one-on-one about the rise of Islamophobia.
