Virtual Event info: February 1st, marks the annual World Hijab Day (WHD) in recognition of millions of Muslim women who choose to wear the hijab and live a life of modesty. To mark this day, Muslim Sisters of Éire will be hosting a virtual conference on the 1st of February to celebrate the achievements of Muslim women and the steps we have taken to actively integrate. We will be highlighting the challenges that come from defying stereotypes and displaying our threads that have been woven into the very fabric of Irish society and that through integration, we can bind together, regardless of our faith and background, to make Dublin a richer and more diverse society.
