In our city of Melbourne, we are emerging from many COVID lockdowns but still need to keep safe. It is a challenging time for many people, to maintain their wellbeing: physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Our religions and spiritualities have much to offer for spiritual wellbeing through sacred practices and sacred texts. Leaders from diverse faiths will share a sacred practice in their tradition with the people gathered together; a practice which spiritually strengthens when practised sincerely, drawing the practitioner closer to Love of God, Love of the Good, and Love of the Neighbour.
