A Dominican Sister and Zen Meditation Sister Pat Farrell will talk with us about Buddhist mediation (Zen in particular) and how it complements her life as a Catholic Dominican Sister. Pat Farrell, OP, a Dominican Sister of San Rafael, is the hosting manager of Santa Sabina Center. She is a trained mediation teacher, spiritual director and retreat leader, and has served in her congregational leadership, and most recently was Executive Director of the Dominican Sisters Conference. She is a member of Sophia Zen Sangha and enjoys sharing how Zen and Christianity complement each other.
