Our cultures, traditions and spiritualities have long called for the protection of our Earth and all its creatures. However, we, as human beings, have not always acted upon this call and have very often acted in the opposite way, which has led to severe environmental degradation that affects our most vulnerable populations first. Therefore, interfaith environmental justice is a beacon of hope that allows us to draw on our cultures, traditions and spiritualities to create a better world for all that leaves no one behind.
