Harmony Week will be commemorated in Halton (Greater Toronto Area) in an event hosted by the InterFaith Council of Halton and endorsed by One Burlington. Award-winning writer Roslyn Franken will recount the inspiring story, depicted in a Canadian television documentary, of her family's survival, love and triumph over the tragedy of persecution and war - a story that demonstrates both the resilience of the human spirit and our desire to confront intolerance with greater understanding.
