In the midst of a pandemic, political elections, and social upheaval, we are being challenged to examine what it means to live as a civil society. How do you understand freedom from your own religious and/or philosophical perspective? Each month we will explore and discuss one of the five basic freedoms found in the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. March’s conversation invites participants to explore the questions and significance regarding the freedom of assembly. The event is free. We ask folks to RSVP by emailing their interest along with their religious or philosophical identity or background to help us plan for numbers and create diverse groups for conversation.
