Religious and community leaders from diverse traditions and people from the wider community are invited to hear clear information about the proposed First Nations Voice to be enshrined in the Constitution, which will be put to the people of Australia in the proposed Referendum this year. Guest speakers: Professor Joy Wandin Murphy AO, Senior Wurundjeri Elder of the Kulin Nation, Aunty Helen Bnads, Elder/Cultural Lead, Peninsula Health, Fr Frank Brennan SJ AO, Senior Advisory Group Member, Indigenous Co-Design Process. Bishop Philip Huggins, Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture, Dr Diana Cousens, Buddhist Council of Victoria,, Rabbi Gabi Kaltmann, Ark Centre, Mohamed Mohideen OAM, Islamic Council of Victoria. Religious leaders will speak from their traditions and share their understanding of the significance of the Voice for Aboriginal Australians, and of how we can walk together in harmony for a better future. Question and Answer time will be scheduled for the important questions.
