The Copper and Cobalt Consulting firm (copperandcobalt.org) alongside the World Conference of Mayors and the Historic Black Townships and Settlement Alliance is developing plans to expand WIHW into a continuous effort to identify and solve community problems. Feb 1-7 will see a number of Mayors throughout the world adopt a Proclamation as follows. Those interested will then send their Proclamations on to Governors and heads of state asking them to adopt their Proclamation. Then clergy, academics, business entities will be encouraged to meet or the next six months to develop strategies to solve community problems City by City and Town by Town. If successful we hope to foster a meeting of all stakeholders in November and detail our efforts at a Boston University near the 400th  Anniversary of the Plymouth Rock Landing
