Your Message
I support this initiative for peace, dialogue and tolerance. Religions should work together to harness what is good in their heritage, for the benefit of humankind. Religions have been and still are divided, but in my opinion this is due to the ”tribal” tendency of the human, not religion as such. Humans are devided along all kinds of lines. There is a need to emphasise the univeral, spiritual and ethical dimension of religion. In Islam, this dimension lies in Sufism, and in the universal message of the Qur’an, as opposed to its more time-bound message. This is a minority view amongst Muslims, unfortunately. And one only earns what one sows…
