Thursday, February 4th, 2016 at 15.00 at the Multimedia Hall in Valcea County Library during the first week of February dedicated to World Interfaith Harmony will be held an interfaith and multicultural dialogue between representatives of different religions, ethnicities and nationalities in Ramnicu Valcea, in the name of harmony, peace and friendship. Participants will provide to each other, peace and tolerance messages and will participate with artistic moments and speeches on the subject. The event will close with a fraternal agape. Our aims: Fostering an interfaith and multicultural dialogue at the community level which would contribute to preserving and strengthening harmony, tolerance and peace in this community. Facilitating cooperation in education, culture and religion while respecting their diversity for a better mutual understanding and knowledge of each culture. Promoting interfaith and multicultural dialogue Community awareness of the danger of racism, xenophobia and anti-Semitism. Designing the future of joint initiatives in education and mass media necessary to create and strengthen links between significant opinion leaders of religions and nationalities in the region.
