Zanzibar Interfaith Center (Zanzic) is an office under ELCT Eastern and Coastal Diocese. It is running several project on Christian Muslim relations for peace and harmony in Zanzibar. One among them is Interfaith Girls Club. The girls come together and share life experience. Economic, cultural and social challenges are the common items of agenda. The cooking event for interfaith dialogue intend to use Swahili women traditional of talking while cooking with their daughters. We are expecting a one-day event bringing 40 girls baking cookies/biscuits. At the end will be the best baker award to support the talent.
