To mark World Interfaith Harmony Week, Interfaith Glasgow's Weekend Club is hosting an event at St Mungo Museum of Religious Life and Art for refugees, asylum seekers, and those who wish to meet and welcome them from. The museum is named after Glasgow's patron saint who brought the Christian faith to Glasgow in the 6th century. The galleries are full of displays, objects and stunning works of art that explore the importance of religion in peoples’ lives across the world and across time, and the event aims to introduce people who have recently arrived and settled in Glasgow to the city's religious diversity. Attendees will explore the museum, learn about the museum objects, do craft activities together, and share a delicious lunch. This event is free and family friendly.
