The United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution in 2010 proclaiming the first week of February each year as the World Interfaith Harmony Week. This week reminds us the importance of tolerance, reconciliation, forgiveness, building bridges across the boundaries, having constructive dialogues and achieving sustainable development by promoting interfaith harmony. Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at and the Surrey Interfaith Council are sponsoring the event.
