The Institute for short courses and Sabbaticals in the first week of February 2021  launched a course for international students on the UDHR(Universal Declaration on Human Rights).The lecturer Huj.,Dr. Abbasali Barati explained for the students the definition of universal human rights and total agreement of Islam to the philosophy and definition of  the secular Human Rights enforced by the UN in 1948.The Holy Quran as the Islamic scripture endoses and affirms the human dignity as the criteria for the international human rights.
