On 6th of February 2025 interfaith meeting between Muslims and Catholics was organized in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, by the Averroes Cultural and Educational Institute. On this occasion, Muslims visited members of the Focolare Movement in Slovenia. Topic of the meeting was interfaith harmony and the role of believers for world peace. The meeting was opened with a friendly conversation by Mufti Nedžad Grabus, and Silvester Gaberšček, who is co-responsible for the activities of the Focolare Movement in Slovenia. After the introductory words and moments of friendship between the two speakers, the event continued with getting to know each other and informal socializing among the participants of the meeting, which undoubtedly contributed to deepening ties and a higher level of understanding between believers from different religious communities.
