Today, on February 5, 2024, as part of the week-long celebration of the World Interfaith Harmony Week 2024, the WMSU Peace & Human Security Institute successfully conducted an engaging Arts and Creativity Session on Peace and Global Citizenship Education held at the Peace Education Resource Nook, WMSU Executive Building.

The session brought together elementary, high school, and senior high school students from WMSU ILS. Additionally, students from Tugbungan Elementary School actively participated along with their adviser, Ms. Janine D. Bazan, under the leadership of Dr. Ronald F. Abaa, Elementary School Principal IV.

This session provided a platform for students to creatively express their ideals of peace, aiming to inspire the world through arts. The event not only offered a visually appealing posters, but also served as a simple yet impactful way for students to address issues and contribute to the promotion of a more peaceful community.
