World Interfaith Harmony Week takes place each year during the first week of February (February 1–7). This week encourages people of all faiths to respect one another and live in peace. It was started in 2010 and is recognized by the United Nations. The goal is simple: bring people together, no matter what they believe. Even though the week has passed, we can practice interfaith harmony all year long. Here are a few ways to take part: • Watch online events or read about interfaith efforts. • Talk about shared values like love, kindness, and respect. • Learn about a faith or culture that is different from your own. Small actions can help build understanding and unity in our communities.
