🌍 World Interfaith Harmony Week 2026 1–7 February This week, we join the global community in commemorating World Interfaith Harmony Week, a United Nations–designated observance that calls people of all faiths and goodwill to come together in the spirit of peace, mutual respect, and shared humanity. First proposed by H.M. King Abdullah II of Jordan and unanimously adopted by the UN General Assembly in 2010, this week is rooted in a simple yet powerful message: Love of God (or Love of the Good) and Love of Neighbour. These shared values transcend religious boundaries and remind us that what unites us is far greater than what divides us. World Interfaith Harmony Week offers a platform for communities worldwide to demonstrate that dialogue, understanding, and cooperation are essential foundations for lasting peace. It invites people of all beliefs—and those of none—to recognize our common moral commitments to compassion, tolerance, and mutual understanding. At Harmony Institute, we stand in solidarity with this global movement. We reaffirm our commitment to building bridges across differences, nurturing dialogue, and promoting peaceful coexistence in our communities and beyond. As we mark World Interfaith Harmony Week 2026, let us recommit ourselves to choosing unity over division, dialogue over conflict, and love over fear. Together, we can cultivate a culture of peace.
