Did you know it’s World Interfaith Harmony Week, established by the UN? This week is about building bridges between people of different beliefs and for us, that starts with simple moments. As volunteers living in Sofia, we’ve been visiting local churches, slowing down, listening, and learning. These places carry so much history, faith, and meaning, and they remind us that even when we believe different things, we share the same hopes for peace, respect, and understanding. Harmony doesn’t mean agreeing on everything. It means showing up with curiosity, kindness, and an open heart.
