On Monday, March 1, 2021, at 6:00 PM (PT) the Petaluma Interfaith Clergy invite members of their congregations and interested visitors to hear a presentation from representatives of the City of Petaluma’s Climate Action Commission about the Climate Emergency Framework recently approved by the Petaluma City Council.
The Petaluma Interfaith Climate Action Conversation will explore how shared moral values and religious perspectives inform our response to this crisis, as well as practices and actions we can adopt to make common cause with our neighbors.
Presented by Petaluma Climate Action Commission members Ned Orrett and Jean Ger, the conversation will be hosted and moderated by Rev. Daniel Green from St. John’s Episcopal Church. Participating congregations include St. John’s, Elim Lutheran, B’nai Israel Jewish Center, First Presbyterian, Petaluma United Methodist, and UCC of Petaluma.
