These days the east needs material progress and the west needs a spiritual ideal. It would be good for the West to turn to the Orient for enlightenment and to teach it its scientific knowledge. This exchange of gifts must take place. East and West must join forces to give each other what they need. This union will produce a true civilization in which the spiritual finds expression and realization in the material. When one receives from the other, the greatest harmony will prevail, the whole world will be united and a state of high perfection will be achieved. There will be a tight bond and this world will become a shining mirror for the qualities of God. ...
