I definitely support the international world interfaith harmony week! I live in a rent-geared-to-income building which is very multicultural. As one of 2 tenant advisor representatives, I welcome newcomers with a multilingual “Welcome” card + activities calendar. Making an effort, as I meet them or when I cross paths with them, to learn how to say “Hello” in their mother tongue helps us form connections, and the ripple effect from these connections gradually develops + nurtures a friendlier, kinder + happier atmosphere! Whatever inner path we walk, each of us can “share the road”!!
