World Interfaith Harmony Week marked at Baptism Site AMMAN (Petra) – HRH Prince Ghazi, the Kings special adviser and personal envoy, on Wednesday attended a celebration marking World Interfaith Harmony Week, organised by the Jordanian Interfaith Coexistence Research Centre.

During the ceremony, at the Baptism Sites convention centre, Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Secretary General Mohammad Roud highlighted the Kingdoms experience in reinforcing the values of security and coexistence among people of varied faiths and nationalities residing in Jordan.

Patriarch Theophilos III of Jerusalem, who heads the Council of Churches in Jordan, emphasised the significance of Interfaith Harmony Week in enhancing tolerance among followers of different religions.
