Horizon Health Network was delighted to host its first, Spiritual Diversity Education Day in recognition of UN World Interfaith Harmony Week. The event marked an important step toward embracing the spiritual and religious diversity present within our communities, patients and families, and workforce. Guided by the theme “Honouring the Sacred: Understanding, Respecting, and Celebrating Spiritual Diversity,” the gathering supported our commitment to fostering a compassionate and inclusive environment where the spiritual, religious, and secular identities of all staff, patients, and families are acknowledged, respected, and valued.
