In the spirit of UN World Interfaith Harmony Week, the one-day project was a chance to educate the Shia muslim students about the misconceptions that exist related to Shia and Sunni muslims in the community. Through this project, a group of university students visited the Shia muslim school, interacted with the students, discussed some of the misconceptions and encouraged the students to live in harmony with each other. The students were also told that such differences, by no means, shall serve as a barrier for you to interact with anyone. They were also educated about the various religions around the world. Lastly, the students asked questions and they were educated about ways and habits that they should adopt to become an effective student.
