Strengthening Ties: Kailasa celebrates advaita (Oneness) along with United Nation’s World Interfaith Harmony Week. On 2nd March 2024, Kailasa Singapore held the first Interfaith dialogue, focusing on the topic of Youth Empowerment by gathering the following distinguished religious leaders, government agency and social leaders: • Mr. Daniel Tan, Harmony Circle (under Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth) • Ms. Winnie Koh, CEO of Moral Home for the Aged Sick Ltd • Mr. Alfi Sohfian Bin Ahmad, Relations and Engagement of Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth • Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Committee Member of Hindu Center (HC) • Mr. Hemant Sharma, Asst Secretary, Shree Lakshminarayan Temple During our dialogue, the issues facing the Youth today in the digital world were discussed such as addictions, depression, and non-involvement in social and faiths communities. We acknowledged the importance our shared commitment to faith-based approaches for helping the youth. Unified by our common values of love and compassion for Singapore’s future generation, in the spirit of advaita (Oneness), we resolved to collectively nurture, empower and support the youth with sincerity, positivity and possibility. #InterfaithEvent #Kailasa #Nithyananda #advaita
