Creating interpersonal harmony: Honouring our shared diversity
The UN World Interfaith Harmony Week is an annual event promoting mutual understanding, harmony, and cooperation between all people regardless of their worldviews, religions, and faiths. Over the last two years, the world has been fighting a pandemic, and this has tested the faith of many. In 2020, we discussed the ‘Five Harmonies’ and how to heal the mind, while in 2021 the topic was finding inner joy, in what we hoped would soon be a post-pandemic world. This year, we will focus on how to create interpersonal harmony and honour our shared diversity. We are excited to join different communities across the world and to be part of the wider conversation with people from diverse worldviews and faiths.
