Making Meaning: A Discussion on Spirituality and Mental Health

The Northeastern University Center for Spirituality, Dialogue and Service in collaboration with affiliated student groups created an educational and community-building discussion series open to people of all religious, spiritual, and humanist traditions and world-views. This month-long series focused on the questions of: how do spirituality and religion connect to mental health? How is spirituality a part of your life? How might spirituality help your well-being? Together, we explored how spirituality and mental health interact with each other across different beliefs to create a safe, interfaith space to share and connect.
