One of the most powerful ways to promote harmony and understanding is to ‘serve’ others together and during the global pandemic local faith communities and interfaith organisations across Scotland were supported by Interfaith Scotland to serve their communities in acts of kindness and friendship building.  For World Interfaith Harmony Week 2021 we brought together many of the faith communities who worked so hard to support others in an online celebration of community service. Pride of Scotland Award Winner, Charandeep Singh from the Sikh faith was our keynote speaker and we also heard from inspiring Muslim, Jewish, Christian, Hindu, Baha'i and Buddhist projects. There were fantastic opportunities to engage with those who continue to work together to serve their communities.
