Panel Discussion - How Do We Counter Hate in an Interfaith World?

The Interfaith Panel Discussion, held on the afternoon of February 2, 2019, was the inaugural event, kicking off celebrations in the World Interfaith Harmony week that were sponsored by Surrey Interfaith Council.  This particular event was organized in partnership with the Multifaith Action Society, the Global Clergy Association and Northwood United Church where it was hosted, and consisted of speakers representing a variety of faith communities who discussed “How do we counter hatred in an interfaith world?” The underlying theme centered on how people of faith can contribute to the building of vibrant neighbourhoods.  The dialogue was infused with prayers for peace and inspirational music.  Those who attended, both young and old, experienced a true spirit of warmth, friendship and goodwill. http://www.icloud.com/photos/#0OyIsWUTnxgAfhourC_w51JUQ
