Religions for Peace UK Interfaith Youth Network (UKIYN) is participating in the Youth Interfaith Summit of the Faith & Belief Forum’s Youth Council. We will be introducing the work Interfaith Youth Network, Religions for Peace UK, and Women of Faith Network have carried out on environmental issues. We will use this opportunity to call for volunteers to join our future projects. The Youth Interfaith Summit is led by F&BF’s Youth Council to bring together and empower youths in London by providing opportunities for growth and development. The F&F's Youth Council is a team of young leaders from a range of faith and belief backgrounds, who are spearheading an interfaith movement in London. Together, they have put together this unique event coinciding with UN Interfaith Harmony Week in February, to connect young people passionate about creating change. The theme of this Summit will be Climate Change, with sessions on climate activism and climate inequality in London as well as mental health and well-being. An evening of great speakers, amazing intercultural performances, skills workshops, and a buzzing atmosphere for conversation and networking.
