THEME OF THE SUMMIT `Sacrifice of Preceptors, Love, Peace, Harmony and Sustainable Development Goals` United Nations, vide resolution No. 65/5 dated 23.11.2010 adopted to observe World Interfaith Harmony Week during February, 1st to 7th every year for eliminating all forms of intolerance and discrimination based on religion or belief. In order to commemorate this and spread Interfaith Harmony and World Peace, Inter Religious Dialogue for Sustainable Development Goals (IRD4SDG)- a Cooperation Circle of United Religious Initiative(URI)- and World Yoga Community, New York (accredited NGO at United Nations) decided to organise “World Peace Summit-2023 ” under the patronage of Secretary General for the URI Asia Region on Sunday the12th February, 2023 at Galaxy Hall, Residency Tower, Press Road, Thiruvananthapuram. This summit is also aims to promote Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations for the peaceful co-existence of the humanity. During April, 2019 and February 2020 we conducted similar meets successfully in Thiruvananthapuram.
