The Social Media Campaign , to be launched under the Interfaith Harmony week 2022 , from 1st February to 7th February is subjected to initiate, promote and reiterate the message of interfaith harmony & Peaceful co-existence by Faith leaders and community influencers. In the recent times, Pakistan has observed multiple incidents of hostility among religiously marginalized communities. But after COVID19, the landscape pretty much changed and the hostility carried away with pandemic scenario. By large, multiple incidents of hate speech and hostility were observed during pandemic and nonetheless , the religiously marginalized groups suffered the most. The idea of the Campaign is to engage faith leaders to table their statements and use their social & religious influence to encourage the Idea of interfaith & Intra-faith harmony to empower coexistence. YDF will share 2 Video messages of Prominent Faith leaders / Community influencers to disseminate the message of Peace & harmony and to denounce hate speech specially in the time of Pandemic.
