To help serve and educate Northwest Ohio on the COVID-19 vaccine, the VProject will be hosting an online interfaith summit February 16, 2021 from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM at www.vproject.org/interfaithsummit.
Local leaders from multiple faith practices will be coming together, along with a panel of health experts, to answer difficult questions about the vaccine for the common good of our communities. The goal of the summit is to present accurate information about the vaccine and to address concerns about the vaccine within our community.
Participating religious leaders and organizations include: Stephen Rothschild of the Jewish Federation and Foundation of Greater Toledo; Imam Ahmad Deeb of the Islamic Center of Greater Toledo; Rev. Monsignor William J. Kubacki of the Toledo Diocese; Dr. Calvin Sweeney of Tabernacle Church; and Ben Snyder of CedarCreek Church

In addition to the livestream, WGTE will be re-broadcasting the interfaith summit on February 19th at 1:00 PM and February 25th at 8:00 PM for those who may not have access to the internet.
