Arco Forum organizes, in collaboration with Fundación La Merced Migraciones, a football match in Madrid, involving both newly arrived migrants and local people, who will form mixed teams. After the session, a convivial moment will take place where participants can eat and get to know each other better. Playing football has proven to be a way toward inclusion, supporting the idea of the universality of the language of sport, and creating a safe and friendly environment conducive to mutual contact and sharing, as well as a feeling of unity, regardless of the participants’ background.
