This online event seeks to widen our circles of compassion and care through inspiring story-telling and art from diverse faith traditions.

Theme: Extending Our Embrace This United Nations' initiative seeks to bring people together in order to increase respect and understanding among people of all faiths and beliefs. The past year has been very challenging for all of us. Yet in spite of the need for social distancing, there are many unsung heroes among our faith communities who have found ways of extending their embrace and compassion into the wider world. Now more than ever we need to broaden our embrace especially to those who are suffering. Format: Our event on Feb. 24 features inspiring stories of people who extended their embrace and how their faith has motivated them. The stories will be interspersed with poems, music, dance, art and reflections. The Program is designed for ages 16 years and up. It will include some artistic contributions of senior students.
