From 2:00pm until 5:00pm

At Either Bradford or Manchester - TBC

Rumi's Circle / 07734201401

A panel discussion featuring three or more individuals of different faiths talking about the role of love in their faith traditions and in their practice. The speakers will be faith leaders or those with prominent positions within their communities. The aim is to demonstrate that Love is central to all faiths and to invite speakers and listeners to consider what love requires of them in these challenging times. The audience will be encouraged to participate through a well facilitated question and answer session. Following this, Prayers for peace will be recited from each of the faith traditions, and the speakers will then together light candles for peace which will be passed around the audience and each member of the audience will be encouraged to take a moment to make a pledge to themselves to undertake a specific act of love within their daily lives as the candle passes through their hands.
Finally the speakers, and audience will be invited to share in home-made refreshments and converse further.

Final speakers, date, and timings are to be confirmed.
