Multi-Faith Neighbors Network (MFNN) honored H.E. Prof. Ibrahim bin Saleh Al-Naimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Doha International Center for Interfaith Dialogue (DICID), with the prestigious Bridge Builder Award during a formal ceremony held on the sidelines of the 2026 Global Faith Forum in Washington, D.C.
This recognition affirms Prof. Al-Naimi’s prominent international standing and his pioneering leadership in the field of interfaith dialogue. The award was presented in appreciation of his decades-long contributions to advancing dialogue among followers of different religions, promoting a culture of peaceful coexistence, and building bridges of trust and mutual understanding among diverse religious and cultural communities.
Prof. Al-Naimi was also recognized for his historic role in leading the first interfaith dialogue conference in the Gulf region, an initiative that marked a pivotal milestone ensure in the development of interfaith engagement at both the regional and global levels.
