In a world torn by violence, dissension, othering and hatred is there a role for dialogue? The Australian Council of Christians and Jews (ACCJ) believes there is and is inviting Australians interested in dialogue to meet in Melbourne in February 2025. The ACCJ and the Sisters of Our Lady of Sion Australian are hosting a gathering of people engaged in and interested in interfaith dialogue and encounter, and it will be held in conjunction with a visit from the board of the International Council of Christians and Jews. The event will provide opportunities for sharing information and theory (heads), emotional responses (heart), and practical action (hands) as we consider the question of the importance of dialogue in a world torn by violence, dissension, othering and hatred.
