This is the 10th event we have had at KPU the first Canadian University to sponsor a WIHW event. Our heading for this year is Celebrating Peace, Humanity and Kindness. We will he holding displays featuring our Peace Tree where students and staff can write an idea, quote, visual of our theme on a leaf to be added to the tree. These will he read by all and will serve as a reminder that religions and secular worldviews like Humanism support altruistic endeavors not violence in the name of God or man. The history of these cultural movements over the centuries have done more good than harm to humanity. So we will celebrate and remember these ideas in our leaves of peace and kindness.
