This two part series with Thom Bond, introduces an evolutionary way of thinking and speaking that is changing the way we humans think about conflict, compassion, and the prospects for harmonious spiritual diversity in our future.
Part One - Needs Awareness - A Path to Understanding, Compassion, and Harmony
8:00 AM-10:30 AM (PST) / 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM (EST) February 3rd, 2021
8:00 AM-10:30 AM (PST) / 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM (EST) February 3rd, 2021
In this session, we learn the foundational concepts and practices that help us understand what engenders compassion and understanding, and what blocks it. Our journey to Needs Awareness begins with an interactive introduction that culminates in an experiential exercise to bring us into deeper connection with ourselves and others (even people who think and act very differently than we do) - a key to a more wonderful future for all life.
This session will prepare us for Part Two - the deep exploration of our universal human experience through a life-connected deep empathy practice. Something that we can use in daily life for the rest of our lives.

“If I gave appreciation for everything Thom Bond has contributed to me, I wouldn’t have time for anything else.”
- Marshall Rosenberg
“Wahhhhhh Thom! I thought introspective awareness was a specialty I had received during 23 years of regular meditation and spiritual studies. However, without this Compassion Course, I would have never discovered alone, the depth of thinking regarding judgments. I have been trying so many things to realize the ignorance of a judgmental attitude, but the seed was still in me… just because I never experienced the Inner Power and the Wisdom that comes from understanding needs.”

I’m still amazed. Relationships that were stuck in old patterns have become fluid, caring and loving. Perhaps, at sixty-six, to find a new love with my husband, a warmth and closeness with my children, it all seems like a miracle.”
