The "Many Foods, Many Faiths" supper sponsored last fall by the CVIC and ThreeHouse for UNI students and Cedar Valley community members was such a success that additional suppers are being scheduled for the coming semester. The first will be at 5 p.m. on Sunday, February 2 at ThreeHouse, 2422 College St, Cedar Falls. (Yes, that’s Super Bowl Sunday, and ThreeHouse will have a TV available in its lounge for those who want to watch the game after supper.) ThreeHouse will provide some vegetarian food but would welcome additional vegetarian dishes brought by community members. To estimate a head count, please let me know if you plan to attend. But, whether or not you bring food, you and your friends are welcome. ThreeHouse is located at the corner of College & 25th Streets. On Sunday evenings, parking is available on both sides of nearby streets (except on College St.) and in municipal parking lots on College Hill. Our evenings of good food and fine companionship can warm our hearts in this cold and dark season. I hope you will be able to join us.
