ISLAM

"A man's true wealth is the good he does in the world."                                        Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) “We Muslims believe we have to live our earthly life in a heavenly way. Creating heaven on earth is mandatory in Islam, it is commanded. What we do in this life will shape our life in heaven. We should help create all of the characteristics of heaven here on earth. We will be rewarded for it after death. So everyone is checked to see if they make Earth a better world. Think about what you do in this world, shape your destiny in the future world. This is human testing to make it a better world. Dr. Hassan Hathout Islamic Center “The goals of Islam are based on its own ideas of human wellbeing and good living, which attaches the utmost importance to brotherhood and socio-economic justice and requires a balanced satisfaction of both the material and spiritual needs of all people. The reason for this is the belief that all people are equal in that they are God's Vice-Regent on earth and His "relatives" and cannot find inner happiness and no inner peace until the real well-being of everyone through the satisfaction of both the spiritual and the material needs has been achieved.            Dr. Muhammad Umer Chapra "Let the beauty we love be what we do!"      Rumi
