When one part is neglected, the heart loses coherence. A Jedi trains the whole being mind, body, heart, and spirit. We are not just thoughts. Not just flesh. Not just soul. We are integrated beings. When one part is neglected, balance is lost. Every interaction is a chance to offer a gentle recalibration,like giving the nervous system, the heart, and the spirit a soft massage back into coherence. Caring for our wellbeing isn’t selfish, it's essential. It’s an act of reverence for the life entrusted to us. This is why holistic care matters to me because tending the whole person is how inner peace.amd harmony becomes sustainable. Wholeness isn’t indulgent.
