NOAH: A Future Hope is a contemporary art exhibition featuring three premier contemporary artists from the faith traditions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam on the importance of caretaking the earth inspired by the story of Noah, the ancient flood narrative found within the Abrahamic faiths. Through seven lessons drawn from the story of Noah, this timely exhibition titled NOAH: A Future Hope features three premier contemporary artists from the faith traditions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam (Yona Verwer / Brian Whelan / Hady Boraey) whose artistic practices uniquely blend their spiritual, cultural and creative expression. Each artist has created eight paintings that serve to visually inspire our imaginations to heal our world by honoring our intricate connection to the earth as our sustainer, and by maintaining a sacred balance with all of life that is upon it. What can the Noah flood narrative teach us about how we should live towards preserving the earth both for ourselves and future generations? That is the question this poignant exhibition attempts to answer.

The exhibition opens in Washington D.C., first at the Global Faith Forum at the Washington Hilton Hotel on 3 February 2026, and then with an official opening at the Dadian Gallery of the Henry Luce III Center for Art and Religion (on the campus of Wesley Theological Seminary) on 5 February 2026, running through 1 April 2026. The exhibition will then tour for three years throughout North America, Europe and the Middle East to art venues, cultural centers and heavily-trafficked sacred spaces.
