Students of our Campus visited the City Railway Station as part of the school’s 'Gender Equality Initiative' during Interfaith Harmony Week. The trip offered our young learners a first-hand glimpse into the workings of an all-women-operated railway station. Interacting with railway officials and observing real-time operations helped students understand the roles, responsibilities, and skills required in this vital sector. They were introduced to diverse career pathways, safety mechanisms, and the coordinated teamwork that keeps thousands of travellers moving safely every day. The visit not only broadened their learning beyond textbooks but also inspired many to dream confidently about future careers, especially encouraging girls to envision themselves in leadership and decision-making roles.
