As part of activities to commemorate the United Nations World Interfaith Harmony Week 2017, UPF-Nigeria and the URI West Africa will convene, on February 4, 2017, a Special Conference of Religious Educators, Leaders and Organizations (CORELO) on Interreligious Peace Education for National Harmony and Cooperation. The conference will bring together religious educators and leaders, government representatives, policymakers, UPF Ambassadors for Peace, URI Interfaith Cooperation Circles (CCs) and other critical stakeholders from NGOs and faith-based institutions. The conference will inspire discussions on the need for an interreligious peace culture, structure and infrastructure as well as interreligious initiatives for national harmony
